AUTOMATIC CAR PARKING SYSTEMS

AUTOMATIC CAR PARKING SYSTEM

  1. Strong Structure (I-beam columns and C-channels) has five independent platforms.

  2. The system has a special profile for platforms with galvanized wave plates and built-in wheel stoppers.

  3. The system is a customized design with multiple vertical levels (2-6) and multiple horizontal bays (3-6).

  4. Top-level platforms can move vertically (up & down) only by geared motors & lifting chains.

  5. Lower-levelMiddle-level platforms can horizontally slide only by geared motor & guide rails.

  6. Middle levels platforms can move in both vertical & horizontal directions.

  7. Each platform is equipped with four safety hook devices to prevent falling, collision and overload.

  8. Photo electric sensors help stop the unit when cars park improperly or when persons accidently cross in.

  9. Operation panel is equipped with emergency stop, manual keyboard & screen with IC card reader.

  10.  PLC device is mounted inside electrical panel to control the parking/retrieving process.

  11. The standard finishing is hot dip galvanized but can be in powder coated too.

ROTARY CAR PARKING SYSTEM

  1. Carousel parking system is the best mechanical independent parking at streets.

  2. It is the most space-efficient parking system as you can park up to 20 cars in area of 6.5 x5.5 m.

  3. It has different models with 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 & 20 car spaces according to permissible site height.

  4. It has German SEW geared motor drive with roller chain & sprocket mechanism.

  5. The system is designed to park vehicles by vertically circulating cage in CW/ CCW directions.

  6. All cages are simultaneously moving through heavy-duty conveyor sprocket shaft.

  7. It gives a simple operation through pushbuttons/ IC cards.

  8. Electrical panel is equipped with PLC, Schneider type.

  9. Steel parts are shot-blasted then powder-coated with desired color

FULLY AUTOMATIC PARKING SYSTEM

  1. A fully automatic parking system is a mechanical conveyor system applied in parking facilities in order to transport cars from the entrance to its parking space and vice versa. During the operation, no people shall be inside the cars or controlling the system, as it runs completely unmanned and automatic.
The main benefit of these parking systems compared to a conventional parking situation is that more cars can be parked in the same space or the space needed for parking can be reduced. This will lead to:
    more parking spaces
Lower construction costs per parking space
Fully Automatic parking systems (APS) are structures where cars are stacked vertically to limit space.    The designs of these unique systems help to transport vehicles from the entrance to its parking space without a driver. In addition to the automatic parking system (APS), these vertical parking structures are also known by several kinds:
    - Robotic car parking system.

  2. - X-Y-Z PALLET AND ELEVATOR SYSTEM- shuttle parking system.

  3. - Tower parking system.

  4. - TRANS LIFT STACKER CRANE fully automatic parking System.

  5. - Floor- Trolley fully automatic parking System.

  6. How it works: Drivers take their cars to the entrance of the automatic parking system where all occupants leave their vehicles. From here, the vehicle is moved by mechanical maneuvers to an available space where it is automatically parked, or parked by an attendant.

  7. More cars fit in a compact area: APS's are beneficial as it helps to save space. This is especially true in the case of fully automatic parking systems, where attendants do not have to park cars by themselves. This means that each vehicle can be parked closer to one another, as no one will have to get out of the car
Limits construction costs and time: APS's limit the time, money, and resources that construction companies would typically spend on creating a fully functioning parking garage. With normal parking garages, construction crews must consider stairwells, pedestrian walkways, exit routes, elevators, and even the height of the ceilings to accommodate the types of people and vehicles, which will make use of the garage service. With APS's, there might not be a need for stairwells, elevators, or large parking decks, as the only people coming and going from those areas are parking attendants.
Better security for cars and personal property: Because of its limited space and inaccessibility to car owners and other pedestrians, APS's prevent vehicles from being damaged, and protect personal items from being stolen out of it.
Promotes pedestrian safety: Automatic parking systems can also be beneficial to pedestrian safety, as drivers and passengers do not have to maneuver through cramped parking garages with little space for pedestrians to walk. This could prevent car-pedestrian accidents from occurring.
Reduces harmful emissions: APS's could help reduce harmful car fume emissions. In parking garages, some people drive in circles trying to find a space; whereas, in automatic parking systems, the machinery directs cars to an empty spot if available, what's more, the vehicle is typically turned off throughout this process, limiting emissions even more.
More manageable for disabled individuals:  Handicapped individuals (drivers or passengers) can exit their cars on level ground and do not have to navigate steep inclines, declines, or stairwells. For this reason, APS's could be extremely beneficial to them.
